We will guide you in the necessary steps to set up an aviation company (typically an LLC), assist in the design of your business plan to secure your loan, and hopefully help you avoid the most common pitfalls of buying your first plane.

How we offset your costs of ownership
At this point we will be happy to show you a sample of how other similar planes have performed in our fleet. You will see monthly reconciliations which detail flight hours, revenue generated, fuel, insurance, and maintenance costs, and our fees. From these reports it will become quite clear how many hours your plane needs to fly to offset your variable costs. We are certain your aircraft will fly more than enough to offset your variable costs.

How we get your airplane to fly
Our job is to make your aircraft fly as often as possible. In 2005, we began new marketing plans which helped us meet very aggressive goals for our fleet flight hours. In 2006, we have a goal to significantly increase the hours our fleet is in use. Because of competition in the market, how we intend to do this is a closely guarded plan. Some programs that have helped our position in past years:

• We are the only Cessna Pilot Center in the Cleveland Area
• We pay to acquire student leads from Cessna, Be A Pilot and other recruitment programs
• We believe we have the best safety record in Northeast Ohio
• We are the only Part 141 FAA Accredited School in Cleveland (the Burke office only at this time)
• We are the only flight training school in the area that can provide college credits
• We appear at the Cleveland AirShow and constantly experiment with other show opportunities to maximize our presence
• We enjoyed successful radio promotions on the WMVX 106.5 morning show and WTAM's Trivisano show, and we plan to continue similar programs
• We have staff on hand who are trained to walk potential pilots through loan acquisition processes
• We pay our instructors more per hour than any other club in the area and we feel this provides a top professional flight instructor staff.

What else do we do for you?
Besides helping you get properly set up as an aircraft owner, then making your plane fly enough to generate revenue, we also manage your airplane. Maintenance issues, cleaning, and securing are all part of the services we provide. So you can rest assured we are taking care of your aircraft as if it is our own.
