AirSports Aviation is a proud member of the Pilot Career Foundation (PCF). The Pilot Career Foundation along with Delta Connection Academy have recently created a unique program called JetConnect SM.  This exciting new program creates a new path for the AirSports Student.  As a member of the Pilot Career Foundation, AirSports Aviation has the ability to provide each graduate a guaranteed job interview within the Delta Connection System.

After completing your private, instrument, and single engine commercial ratings, you will transfer to Delta Connection Academy to obtain your commercial multi-engine and flight instructor ratings. Thereafter, you will return to AirSports as an instructor that has been trained to airline standards.

After you complete 800 hours as a flight instructor at AirSports you will be eligible to return to Delta Connection Academy to complete 300 hours of dual flight instruction. As a paid Flight Instructor at the Academy, both you and your family will be eligible for free flight benefits on Delta Air Lines. Upon completion of your instructorship, you will attend Delta Connection Academy’s Jet Transition course. Upon successful completion of the Jet Transition course, you will be guaranteed a job interview with one of Delta Connection's affiliated carriers. To date, 97% of Delta Connection Academy's instructors have been hired as a first officer.
